Fred Webberking
My style is planned and organized. I am non-judgmental and non-blaming, I ask how first and why second. I like to have a business case that reminds me what I should be working on every day. I work well on my own but not as a loner as I prefer to work as a contributor to a team. I enjoy being an educator to people that have not had the exposure to a continuous improvement mind-set, to lead them co-actively, coach them to unleash their own potential. My work style when working with or motivating others is that of the assertive enhancer and not the aggressive diminisher as building people’s fears is easy; building their confidence is hard. I go to the shop floor to get facts and data, analyze facts and data, question facts and data and make best cost decisions using facts and data. Overall, my work style is that I am conscientious, friendly and do my best for all the right reasons.
